Raylea You, Registered Dietitian at Baptist Medical Center, downtown, whipped up a delicious fruit smoothie with soy milk, pineapple, and papaya at a Health Expo for the SAPD. In participation with the City of San Antonio Employee Wellness Program called "Stepping up to Better Health" Raylea also spent time making recommendations on diet and how to lower fat in the diet.
