Free Hatha Yoga Classes for Cancer Patients and Survivors

How cool is this? The Baptist Cancer Center is offering FREE gentle Hatha style yoga classes for cancer patients and cancer survivors on Friday mornings at 8 am. When my mother developed breast cancer ten years ago I wish this type of service was offered to her. I would have so loved to gone with her to a class and I think she would have really enjoyed it.

If you have a loved one or friend or family member who you believe would benefit from this type of class be sure to let them about it.

CLASS INFORMATION:
  • The classes are FREE for all cancer patients and survivors. Guests are also invited but are asked to pay $10.00 each session.
  • The 45 minute class begins promptly at 8 am. Participants should wear comfortable loose fitting clothing. Mats and pillows are available for students use.
  • Please call to make a reservation by Thursday at 4 PM so that an appropriate size room can be reserved for the class, 210-297-CNCR
